1. Check the stainless steel door hinge、screws and accessories, if they are matching fittings.
2. Check the actual size of stainless steel door hinge if it matches drawings, and the product tolerance should not be too large, otherwise it will affect the position of the glass opening and the appearance of functional problems after installed.
3. Before installing the product, check whether the size of the stainless steel hinge matches the door and window frame, fan, whether the hinge matches the floor spring, and whether the load bearing of the floor spring can be guaranteed.
4. The correct installation of stainless steel hinges requires the installation workers to have a certain degree of professionalism. Our stainless steel hinges are equipped with separate anti-drop screws and hexagonal wrenches. Workers need to remove the screws from the hinges when installing them, and then replace them with our equipped ones. The screws are resistant to falling, which can prevent the screws from loosening and falling off, causing the glass door to tilt and slide.
5. When installing, ensure that the axes of the stainless steel hinges on the same leaf are on the same plane and kept 90 degrees perpendicular to the ground to prevent the doors and windows from popping up or the door falling down.
