I sell these things. And I promise, I've opened enough boxes from other suppliers to know how annoying it is when you're missing a screw or the track is the wrong length.
So here's the deal with our sets.
You get the door. Then you get the Barn Glass Sliding Door Hardware – that's the rollers, hangers, the whole sliding mechanism. Works on glass or wood, doesn't matter.
Also in the box: an 8 Foot Barn Door Track System. That length covers most normal doorways. If your opening is smaller, it's fine – the track can overhang on one side. Or you can cut it if you want it neat. I usually just leave it.
Oh, and the little stuff – screws, bolts, the floor guide, the rubber stops. All that's included. Basically the interior sliding door hardware kits we put together are meant to be complete. No running to Ace Hardware because we forgot a bolt.

Now, are there times you need something else? Yeah, sometimes. If your wall has metal studs, the screws we include won't hold. You'd need toggle bolts. We don't include those because most walls are wood studs. Also, if your door is thicker than 1.75 inches (like a beefy solid wood slab), the standard roller brackets might not fit. That's a special case.
But for the vast majority of people – normal wall, normal door thickness, standard doorway – everything you need is right there.
Honestly, the only thing you really need to do before ordering is measure your doorway width. The 8 Foot Barn Door Track System is designed for doors up to about 48 inches wide. If your door is narrower, you're fine. If it's wider, you'd need a longer track.
That's it. No hidden surprises.
If you're still not sure, just message me. I've packed hundreds of these – I can tell you exactly what you'll get.
